This is pretty much exactly my response. Lulenski’s a character I really feel for, but whoa nelly are there reasons for the kids to not want to move beyond a buisness/blackmail relationship with her.
Man, I really do feel bad for Lulenski. She worked hard and followed her passion, and it turned into something quite different from what she wanted. But unlike a kid, she can’t just up and quit. She has to live with baggage and the consequences, and now she’s getting blackmailed! Does she have no friends outside the company? In other news, hooray, lets save baby Nguyen!
I almost felt bad for Lulenski…then I remembered, uhhh, she tried to MURDER a group of innocent CHILDREN. Yeah, she’s basically a nice person. But being a “nice” person has nothing to do with being a GOOD person, and no amount of niceness and good intentions change the fact that Lulenski is total scum and deserves every ounce of misery she is currently experiencing. And then some.

More like “Nwin”, I think…or so I’ve heard, and we had a TON of Nguyens in my high school.
