The cat’s out of the bag! When I drew this one, I streamed it for Patreon subscribers :3
That is all.
That explains the chapter title
*whispers under breath*
what’s the chapter name again?
I haven’t been seeing titles.
But aww, I love how he stops to commend them, too.
“I don’t want to grow up”
That last panel!
Oh, is that who the hoodie was for?
Poor Nate and Blue, even more complications than the previous family with a baby and a monster. At least child Nate and Pit will give them a bit more experience, hopefully enough to make Nate feel ready. And maybe the Nguyns could help out if needed, they’ll be able to help out where the kids don’t have any knowledge. (and it’ll be nice to see Greenie again)
I love how a dramatic escape from a boat being hurled across a forest or showing up at just the right moment to shoot the guns out of the bad guys’ hands is no problem for Abel, but then things like this make him all impatient and twitchy.
Do you mean that it happened previously with those two? It doesn’t seem like that, if she’s so excited about it now.
“I know we aren’t ready for that [having a baby]. It’d be the worst decision possible, at this point. But…she seemed so excited.”
I read that as implying that Nate would prefer she abort the child, or they give the kid up for adoption after being born.
Oh, I see, I’m sorry about that.
It seems that’s what he was hoping for.
Holy cow. Parent/child theme!
i love the way Julie is looking over at Nate in panel 2… and that reveal makes things complicated hehehe
/wonders what Nate looked like as an adult…
No wonder that jerk is a jerk. He’s a scared jerk.
That’s not a good excuse, though.
I want to see them get married! That would be unexpected! And legit! He could be a very short dad, but still a good dad.
Well, unless he figures out how to turn back into an adult, they are going to need to lay low on their relationship, especially on the fact that he’s the father of her child. Nate is, for anyone will see him as, a child. Making babies with children is a rather big no-no in today’s society and girlfriend would be in extreme trouble it ever let slip that Nate was the father.
Granted, he looks too young to father a child, but it wouldn’t be the first case of a child going through puberty at ridiculously early ages.
so…he was thinking he was too young to be a father when he got his monster…monster chose the pituitary gland…turned him into a kid to match his perceived immaturity.
I can’t help but keep seeing the freckles as a foreshadowing of a 5-o’-clock shadow. (fiveshadowing?)
Abel gets the most pissed off about lack of communication, it seems.
lol His reaction/expression is priceless.
Which is kinda funny because it’s pretty much lack of communication that’s really screwing his chances with Bina. Boy needs to talk to her himself instead of taking Julie’s word on how Bina feels about him.
The only way that this will ever work out is if Nate goes back to adulthood when reunited with his monster. Otherwise it’ll be reeeeeal awkward.
Also, Nate, ya gotta stop the smoking if a kid is coming! Deal with it.
Those freckles suddenly look like five-o-clock shadow in panel three there.
Must be that world weary expression there. It makes him look far older than his body would otherwise suggest.
Man, at first I hated this guy, but now I feel kinda bad for him…
TAD GUMMIT, YOU AND YOUR GOOD WRITING MAKING ME ALL SYMPATHETIC!!
