Some comics I've been enjoying lately: 

Sleepless Domain! An excellent Magical Girl story that delves into the details of their lives and powers in a way I find very interesting. I love the main character Undine and I JUST WANT HER TO BE HAPPY ;_;

Barbarous! An angry magic girl and a big handsome monster man live in an apartment building where weird things happen.  The latest chapter is really fun so far, get on it!

Mare Internum! Two people are stranded on Mars and... well that's all I really want to say about it, if you haven't read it. It's meditative, weird, thrilling, and affecting...

And of course Gunnerkrigg Court! My favorite comic. Two girls, one magic and the other a tech genius, living in a school where strange things happen. The most recent chapter just wrapped up, so it's a good time to read if you haven't already!
