This morning, when I was in the middle of coloring this page, my husband called me down to the kitchen. A mouse had been improperly caught in a trap. My husband killed it quickly to put it out of its misery, something I was definitely too squeamish to do. I came back upstairs to finish this page with a new appreciation for what Merro is doing here.
