Geez, Eyeball Kid!
SPX was really wonderful. It was the first con I’ve been to since starting Monster Pulse and I was anxious to see how it would go over. I think it went really well. I sold a ton of books, and it seemed like I was selling a lot of them to people who hadn’t read or seen the comic before. If you are one of those people- hi! Thanks so much! I hope you’re enjoying the comic. I feel really strongly about Monster Pulse and want to put everything I can into it to make it really good. Since the story is just getting started, I’m glad to see I have a small but apparently active readership. Thank you, guys. I will be at NYCC next and I hope to see you there. I will do a fanart/site update soon. I just started a new job and have been getting used to my new schedule so I haven’t had a whole lot of time to do things other than work on the comic, but I think I’m getting settled now.
first impressions…..
I love the comic :3 the art is really interesting, the story is really creative, and my favorite thing is you update so often!
I gotta say, I thought Eyeball was like an older guy from his character design, not a kid.
hmmmmmmm….maybe a little premature and this probably speaks a few volumes about my mentality buuuuut….otp? I mean…instead of stealing her heart….he shoots lasers at it!

I don’t think Eyeball is very nice. Needs some quality time with his fellow monsterpulsers (what word do I uuuuuuse) to learn compassion. Awesome work as usual, Magnolia!

Eyeball kid knows what’s up. This isn’t pokemans here.
Maybe if everyone had something superfluous like their hair (Yeah! I said it!) or their appendix monsterpulsed then they could act recklessly while researchers of dubious morality chased them down like a competent Team Rocket.
But when it’s your left eye or your heart, you’ve got to keep a low profile.
An appendix monster would be awesome. It could be like toxin themed. I have no idea what it would look like though.
Somebody needs to tech eyeball kid a lesson in manners.

What the heck is Eyeball Kids problem? As far as I can tell, he never was in danger and was first to attack.
Maybe he has had bad run-ins or has trust issues.
If by “on the loose” he means hiding in a tree not bugging anyone. And he needs to consider that she can’t just carry Ayo around with her like he can with his.
