Yes, that(s Rafi, who we(ve seen before. He hasn(t gained weight (well, I guess technically he has, at some point in the past)- I(ve just retconned his appearance because I think he looks much cuter this way. At some point (definitely before the print version comes out) I(ll redraw him in the old panels to match this current appearance. Anyway, I hope you(ll enjoy the next chapter, it(s been really fun to draw <3
